Offer available on selected plots only, subject to availability, terms and conditions apply. Free redundancy mortgage protection insurance cover is achieved by a single payment made by us to you on completion of your purchase.
1. Ward Homes will subsidise your monthly mortgage protection insurance premium payments relating to redundancy cover for up to 100% of your monthly mortgage payments for up to 3 years* by a single payment made to you on completion of your purchase. Based on your insurance quotation the monthly subsidy will have the effect of reducing your monthly premium payments to zero. At the end of the period the effective premium payable on your policy will revert to your provider’s current rate.
2. Your mortgage protection insurance policy will be subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions including any cancellation charges.
3. The total value of this offer will not exceed 1% of the purchase price of your property.
4. Monies will be paid on completion.
5. Offer applies to residential mortgages only not exceeding 90% of the purchase price of the property over a term of 25 years.
6. This offer is not available on buy to let properties
7. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old.
8. This offer can only be used in conjunction with other Ward Homes’ offers at the discretion of Ward Homes.
9. Your redundancy mortgage payment protection cover must be arranged via Ward Homes recommended mortgage broker to qualify for this subsidy. An arrangement fee may be payable.
10. This offer may be withdraw or modified by Ward Homes at any time. This does not affect your rights if contracts for the purchase of your property have already been exchanged.
