Superior design

The mixture of three to five storey properties in the form of apartments and houses is in keeping with the character of existing dwellings within the town. There are three main street character sections to the site, The Square, The Mews and The Avenue, each clearly defined by their form and architecture creating a riverside cladded design, with a contemporary twist.

What’s more the homes have been designed to Code 3 which includes consideration of recycling, high specification insulation and energy efficient boilers.

Don't forget with Ward Homes you get additional peace of mind with an exclusive 5 year fixtures and fittings warranty on top of the standard 10 year NHBC warranty.

Essentials on your doorstep

Blossom Bank is within a short walking distance from the local town centre which has great commuting links, high street shops, banking, excellent schools and leisure facilities.

Great news - all purchasers at Blossom Bank are eligible for an exclusive introductory discount membership at the local Tonbridge & Malling Leisure Trust.

For the next six months all purchasers will receive free Kent Wildlife Trust family membership.

The build so far

Due to the riverside location of the development, full investigative works were undertaken to design and construct appropriate foundations for the new homes with consideration for potential flooding risks.

Please see video link below:

Building work is progressing well on site, with two show homes to view and enviable street scenes progressing across the river crescent.

The buying process

Buying a home follows a set process. Here’s a quick overview, but don’t worry if it seems complicated – our team will be happy to answer any questions you have.

View our detailed guide for more information on the process

Find a solicitor

You’ll need a solicitor that specialises in conveyance to look after all the paperwork. We can put you in touch with one if needs be.

Arrange your mortgage

There are plenty of options to consider when it comes to a mortgage. Once you’ve done your research (or spoken to a mortgage adviser – again, we can put you in touch if you like), you should seek an agreement in principle.

Get a valuation and survey

Your mortgage lender will want confirmation the home is worth what you’re paying for it. They’ll organise the valuation for you – this will involve a fee.

Complete legal work

You solicitor will look after this for you. It’s all about formally transferring ownership from us to you, and checking there are no legal obstacles in the way.

Exchange contracts

Once the legal work is complete, your solicitor will exchange contracts with us. This is when you pay your deposit and commit to the deal taking place.

Complete and move in

On the date of completion, you become the legal owner of your new home. Collect the keys and make yourself comfy!

Impeccable quality

When you buy a Ward home you can be confident you’re dealing with one of the nation’s most trusted home builders.

Housebuilder of the year 2011

The Home Builders Federation recently recognised Ward Homes as the standard-setter in our industry (as part of the Barratt Developments Group).

5 Year Warranty

Each of our new homes comes with a free 5 year warranty, giving you peace of mind and no unexpected bills.

See the quality of our homes for yourself.
