The structure, foundations and roofing of your home are covered for 10 years by the NHBC Buildmark Warranty.

As well as the Buildmark Cover document you’ll receive from your solicitor, the NHBC also provides a useful booklet called ‘Guide to your new home’, which provides more information about maintaining your new home. To get a copy, or for more information, call the NHBC on 0870 241 4302.
