Reserve for £1 terms and conditions

  1. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status and availability.
  2. This offer can be used in conjunction with other select Ward Homes’ offers and schemes.
  3. This offer is not available on buy to let property purchases.
  4. Customers must speak with a New Homes Mortgage Adviser prior to reservation, which will assess the customers’ eligibility for a mortgage.  
  5. Customers who have been IMA approved may reserve a property with Ward Homes with a reservation fee of £1.
  6. Upon completion of Ward Homes’ Reservation Form and payment of £1 Reservation fee Ward Homes will reserve customers selected property for 1 week, during which time the Customer must secure a mortgage agreement in principle.
  7. All other Ward Homes’ standard Reservation Form terms apply to the reservation of your new Ward home. Customers can obtain a copy from a sales adviser at the development they are interested in. 
  8. Reservation must take place on or after 26 December 2013 and by the date agreed with the development you are purchasing from. Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.
  9. Ward Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee.

Ward reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of these offers at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee. Contracts must be exchanged within 28 days of reservation of your property. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of your reservation fee.

Ward will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee. Ward will not be responsible for the failure of any deal due to any defects in your existing property which arise as a result of an inspection or survey, whether a part exchange deal has been agreed or not
