We put the same high standards of care and attention into looking after our customers as we do into building our homes, but we do understand that sometimes things don't always go to plan. Therefore we take complaints very seriously; if you aren't happy with any aspect of our service we want you to let us know. Then we can have the opportunity to resolve the issue for you and, most importantly, learn from it.
We will acknowledge all complaints within three working days and we'll get back to you within 15 working days with a full reply, or to advise you of the steps we are taking and to give you a date by which we will be able to reply fully.
Please note our Head Offices are closed for the festive period from Friday 20th December to Thursday 2nd January, therefore your complaint will not be processed until our offices reopen. We apologise if this causes any inconvinience.
